Editor in Chief
Elisabeth Kramer has no known talents beyond writing so, upon arriving at college, she thought it be best to invest in a magazine journalism major. Now a senior at the University of Oregon, Elisabeth began working as an Associate Editor for Ethos Magazine in January 2010 and then served as Web Editor from March 2010-June 2011. Her favorite place is a hammock in the sunshine and the next place she wants to go is asleep.

Lana O’Brien is studying advertising and Spanish at the UO and hopes to eventually graduate at some point. Although she loves traveling, especially to Spain, the Northwest is her true home. Raised in Eugene, she is obsessed with the local culture and loves that Ethos is plugged in outside of the campus walls. Selling ad space isn’t necessarily her passion, but making sure everybody knows how cool Ethos is makes her dance and sing.

Will Kanellos is a sophomore studying journalism and photography. When not staring at a computer editing photos, he enjoys riding his bike around Eugene. He loves music (explaining the 50.4 days on music in his iTunes—18 more days than Marcie has) and goes to as many concerts as he can.

Ariane Kunze is a senior majoring in magazine journalism and electronic media at UO. Her passion is in photojournalism and multimedia. She is also passionate about human rights issues, specifically human trafficking. After graduation, Ariane hopes to work for a publication or non-profit in the Portland area. Until then, she will spend her time being photo editor for Ethos, dancing, and enjoying the wonders of Eugene.

Creative Director
Anna Helland is majoring in electronic media and magazine journalism and has no idea what she is going to do after graduation in 2012. Until then, she will be acting Creative Director for Ethos and wishing she was still basking in the South African sun. When she’s not designing or waiting for FinalCut Pro to render, Anna is probably enjoying the splendors of Eugene, which include practicing her sun-dance, umbrella shopping and sewing—yes, sewing.

Hannah Doyle

Bailey Meyers is studying advertising and creative writing at the University of Oregon. Her hobbies include watching television, existifying new words, and using over-enthusiastic punctuation! In 2043, she will win the Nobel Prize for her infallible divination skills.

Kyle McKee is a sophomore studying Journalism and Cinema Studies at the University of Oregon. He enjoys fresh air, tall trees, and outdoor adventures. Exploration and traveling are his passions in life, so why not snap some photos along the way!

Public Relations Directors
Lenna Bortnick is a senior studying public relations, advertising, and business at the University of Oregon. When she’s not planning Ethos events, you can find her on the register at Caspian, plugged in to some old Atmosphere tunes or going the distance to see Cirque du Soleil shows.

Gracie Roberts is a junior studying advertising and public relations. In addition to passions inside the PR and advertising worlds including promotions, event and media planning, Gracie is also an avid musician who loves to play the piano and make music in her spare time. She is also a huge animal lover, often busy obsessing over her cat and missing her pets at home in Portland. Using her creative skills, Gracie is interested in working in the fields of branding, account planning, or environmental design in the future.
